Why do I subscribe for the premium model?

Talentory establishes a community of trusted, high quality search consultants and agencies, that engages in success based searches, executive/retained search and market mapping/research. If you choose the premium model, you will be granted access to:

- additional vacancies from renowned customers available on the platform
- a better fee split ratio. The subscription will pay off after 1 or 2 successful placements (depending on the specific conditions related to the vacancies)
- better payment terms
- dedicated support by the Talentory team to resolve questions and issues
- a premium badge for commitment to this modern cloud business model, which is made visible to all employers on the platform. This will give you an even better exposure to new employers (e.g. obtain special referrals to renowned employers (on a case by case basis)
- future functionality (like automated parsing of CVs, reporting capabilities, etc.)

Is subscription mandatory for search consultants?

A search consultant has the choice to use a free membership or subscribe to a premium, fee-based membership.
After a search consultant has contacted Talentory for registration on the platform, he/she is granted access to all baseline functions and many positions published by our clients. This is free of charge.

How much does a subscription cost?

A consultant can choose and select different membership options. The BASIC membership is free of charge. The PREMIUM membership has different “flavors”, depending on the combination of the preferred fee split rate and payment terms, to be selected. These flavors can be found on the pricing page for search agencies on the Talentory website.

How can I pay for the subscription?

We accept the standard credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard. The PayPal support is currently limited, but we plan to extend it to all eligible users in the near future.

Can I upgrade the subscription later?

Yes, you can upgrade to a more beneficial subscription scenario any time. The upgrade will however only apply to new vacancies you are going to apply to. Upgrade is automated too.
